When ever Fessi was BBQing his favorite spot was
sitting right in front of the BBQ watching to make sure everything came
out just right.
Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of Fessi lighting
the BBQ the first time, most of his hair will probably grow back.
Fessi and Sylvia have a beautiful home. Three
stories plus basement with a view that goes on forever it seems.

The shaded patio was our favorite spot to relax during
the days that we were in Üitikon. The awning on both floors
extends out electrically so that you can have just the right amount of
shade.
Temps most days were in the high eighties with a
little more humidity than we are used to but as long as you stayed in the
shade it was comfortable.

Fessi took great pride in introducing us to Würst.
Pork, veal and even grown up cow. We had never had brats made from
veal before and they are probably the our favorite.
Note that Fessi can't cook without bier, a good chef
doesn't have to make sacrifices.
