Where things ARE BIGGER!!
Or so they claim!! There were many times while we were in the Great State of Texas that Joe could have sworn that we were no longer even in the United States, this place is sort of a world onto itself. One interesting thing of note is that for the first 6 or 8 hours we drove in Texas, Joe was amazed at the size of the RATS he kept seeing as road kill. That is until he finally realized that those dead RATS were actually dead Opossums. Although we traveled through a great deal of the state, we did find Galveston to be our favorite area. Someday (hopefully next year) when we return we will definitely make the Gulf Coast of Texas our primary destination. By the way...What do Texans call road kill Armadillos??
